How do I make rent payments?

We use Cozy so that you can easily pay your rent online. This service allows you to pay rent online, choose automatic monthly payments, and build your credit history. Click “Rent Payment” in the menu on our website for a link to Cozy.

Where can I mail rent to?

Can I drop off rent?

Rent may be paid using check or money order then dropped off at our drop box at 9542 E 16 Frontage Rd in Onalaska. No cash payments are allowed when paying rent.
